What your Registration Includes:

Full Conference Registration: Wednesday night opening reception; Thursday - breakfast, lunch, and evening reception and all sessions; Friday brunch, and all sessions.
One Day Registration: Thursday Only = Wednesday night opening reception, Thursday breakfast and lunch, and all sessions on Thursday.
Friday Only: Friday brunch and all sessions on Friday.

CFM Exam Prep Workshop (1-day):

Wednesday, February 6, 2019; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Prepare to earn the most respected certification in FM. Taught by experienced CFMs, this workshop reviews tools and techniques to prepare you to sit for the CFM exam. Review the methodology of the competency-based exam, practice applying critical thinking skills and discuss the rationales used in practice exam questions. Learn more.

Tri-Service Base Operations Support (BOS) Roundtable:

Wednesday, February 6, 2019; 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
This Forum is a facilitator-led discussion around the facility support contract (FSC) and base operations support (BOS) contract life-cycles. Government and industry will engage in constructive dialogue to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in procuring FSC and BOS contracts. Shortly after registering, Industry participants will receive a follow-on questionnaire that will help shape the session. Seating is limited for this event.

Technical Tour: Southwest Research Institute (SwRI):

Wednesday, February 6, 2019; 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
The SwRI is a research-based nonprofit helping government and industry clients develop multidisciplinary approaches to solving today’s pressing issues. They combine science and technology to advance innovative solutions in areas from Transportation to Health to Materials to Computers/Electronics. Participants will tour the facility and talk with SwRI staff on their solutions-oriented methodologies.

Cancelation and Refund Policy:

Cancelations will be accepted through January 16, 2019, and must be received in writing, to registration@same.org. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $75.00 for individual registration. If you are a government employee or your registration fee is $0.00, you will not be charged a cancelation fee if you cancel. SAME regrets that refunds cannot be issued after January 16, 2019 or for no-shows. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the conference.

Registration Transfer:

To transfer your registration, please email registration@same.org with ALL of the following information: current registrant's name, substitute's full name (prefix and suffix), position title, email address, work address, work phone number and cell phone number, and an emergency contact name and phone number. If the substitute's membership category is different from the original registrant, the registration fee difference will be charged.  Registration Transfers must be requested by COB on Monday, February 4, 2019.

•    Remain positive, friendly, and welcoming to others at all times.
•    Recognize that this event is a place for diversity of thought, organization, and individuals; as such, respect and inclusivity for all is expected.
•    Wear your event badge at all times, with your name on it.
•    Be alert and report any discriminatory, harassing, aggressive, or exclusionary behavior or speech to event staff immediately.
 
Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct; inappropriate physical contact (e.g., unwelcome sexual advances, groping, sexual assault); physical, written, verbal, or other abuse as determined by SAME and its representatives, in their sole discretion; and failing to obey any rules or regulations of the venue and SAME.
 
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from the event, in SAME's sole discretion, without refund.
 
Reporting Unacceptable Behavior
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being treated poorly, or have additional concerns, please contact any member of the SAME National Office on-site or by contacting registration@same.org.

We expect all participants to follow this Code of Conduct at all event venues, any external venue affiliated with the SAME event, and all related social events. The policy may be revised at any time by SAME without notice. In the event of an emergency, please contact local authorities immediately.
