FAQ


In order to participate in any of the Sessions, you MUST be registered and select the sessions that you would like to attend. This is the ONLY way to gain access to the sessions.  You can edit your session selection at any time after you register, if you change your mind!  You can manage your session selections in the Attendee Service Center (ASC) after your registration is submitted. Login is provided on your registration Confirmation.  Make sure after checking the sessions you want to attend that you scroll down and click on CONTINUE to get to the next step in the registration process!


To ACCESS your Sessions at session time:

  • Login to the Attendee Service Center
  • Click on the link in the left menu "Attendee Webinar Entrance"
  • A list of your selected Sessions will appear on this page
  • Want to change your sessions?  You can edit your Session Selections up to 30 minutes prior to the session start via the "Session Selection" link in the ASC
  • 15 minutes before each Session, you will see a button that says "Enter Webinar"
  • Click on that button and it will connect you to the session "waiting room" until the session begins


Please visit the Sessions page of the VFMW website.  Here you can read a short description, see who the Speakers are for that session, and see how many PDH credits are being awarded for the session. You can click on "Search/Filter" on the right side of the page, at the top to search by session title, Speaker, and by Track .  Another way to search is by clicking on the day and date, just under the search function.


FMW 2020 will now be held as a Virtual event.  You can view the Education and General Sessions to see the outstanding lineup for this event.  We are also offering a Virtual Table Top Exhibit Hall where you can search our Exhibitor List and view Company information easily! 

After your research is completed, you can Register for the VFMW by using the Attendee Registration Form

If you are with a Virtual Table Top Exhibitor, please use the Table Top Staff Registration

If you are a Speaker, please register through the Speaker Service Center.  Instructions were sent to you from Belle Febbraro with instructions and Login information.

All sessions on the website are shown in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).


Yes, all sessions offered during VFMW will be recorded. Your registration includes access to recordings.

Recordings will be available about a week after VFMW and can only be accessed through the Attendee Service Center (ASC). You will receive PDH credit for viewing recordings!


Yes, all Education Sessions will earn PDH credits.  The number is listed in each Session Name, which can be found on the Sessions page of the VFMW website.  The two (2) General Sessions do not offer PDH credits.


No, you do not need to be a member of SAME to attend VFMW. However, SAME members do receive a discounted registration fee.

If you are interested in becoming an SAME member, you will be able to purchase a one-year Individual membership during the Registration process.  For membership assistance, please contact member@same.org or 703-549-3800, Ext. 131. 


We accept credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) and check payment.

If paying by check, please make payable to the Society of American Military Engineers. Please mail your check with a copy of your invoice.

Yes. You can pay for your registration with multiple credit cards.

When you get to the "Registration Review" page on the registration form you will see a credit card icon. Click on the icon then assign each registration item to the payment method number using the radio buttons. Click continue to go to the "Payment" page. This is where you will enter your credit card information.


Register the first person. When you get to the Registration Review Page, you will see a person icon with a plus sign. Click on this icon so you can register the next person.


When you get to the Payment page of the registration form click on the drop-down menu by "Payment Method." You will be given the option to pay by credit card, check or send invoice.

Yes. If you would like to register now, but pay later please select "Send Invoice" as your payment method when you get to the Payment Page of the Registration form. When you are able to pay for your registration, please login to the Attendee Service Center. Your login information is located in your confirmation letter.

All payment is due within 10 business days of registration. You will not receive access to the Virtual Event until we receive payment.


No. If your company has a SAME Sustaining Membership this does not mean that all employees have a SAME membership. Each organization with a Sustaining Membership must select its employees to be a Sustaining Membership Representative.

Yes!  We have included a Virtual Table Top Exhibit Hall where you can search from the Exhibitor List for participating Companies.  Each listing has a short Company description, a link to their website, and specific information such as their business type and NAICS codes.  Some also include documents and videos for viewing and/or downloading.
